RETURNS
You may return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange
and if we don’t have it in stock we will gladly order it for you. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
• Any specialty tool including automotive and mechanical.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.

Returns on special orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge

We'll work with client and Insurance Company to replace equipment so you can get back to work. With a vast array of hand tools, power tools and machinery, we offer a complete range of products for the do-it-yourselfer to the professional. We stock everything from the smallest hand held items to the large industrial production equipment and safety products.We work with the client to compile a list of lost items insuring we are quoting on the right tools. Once the list is agreed to and complete, if requested we will forward the official quote to the insurance company. If the quote is accepted, we fill the order as quickly as possible and make sure any special or backordered items are filled in a timely manner.
