Deliver the sales of products and services by determining the customer needs and recommending the best solutions
Maintain an up-to-date expertise of products, services and promotions
Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and co-workers
Build customer relationships by being courteous, providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service
Ability to aid customers in locating merchandise throughout the store
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and able to lift and move merchandise up to 100lbs.
Receive, check and confirm purchase orders, allocate special orders and contact customers, price and merchandise
Un/loading of trucks using various material handling equipment such as forklift, pump truck and dollies.
Prepare and complete orders for shipping, delivery or pickup
Transport and delivery of machinery and tool products to and from our warehouse, stores and customers
Assist in floor moves, display maintenance and cleanup ensuring a safe and clean work environment
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Janitorial and maintenance duties as required

High school diploma
Valid G class driver’s license (abstract may be requested)
Knowledge of tools and/or machinery an asset
Experience in construction, woodworking or metalworking industries an asset
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
Reliable, punctual, dependable and flexible
Proven ability to work effectively both in an independent and team setting, with attention to accuracy and detail
A proactive team player
Outgoing personality with an ability to develop relationships with co-workers and customers
