COVID-19 Update
These are difficult times, and the uncertainty that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed upon our families and communities is unprecedented. We share your concerns and would like to underscore our commitment to the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. We are closely monitoring and following recommendations from the CDC, WHO and Canadian Public Health Services.
OUR STORES HAVE REOPENED AT A LIMITED CAPACITY
We are allowing a limited number of customers into the store to make their purchase. We ask that you follow public health recommendations, keep your distance from other shoppers and follow instructions provided by our staff.
Update to Store Hours
We have decided to temporarily close our stores on Saturdays to allow our staff time to be with their families and focus our efforts Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm daily.
Safe Shopping Experience
We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and store environment. We will continue to fill orders placed online for in store pickup or shipping providing there is no disruption in courier activity. If you'd like to call in your order, we'd be happy to get it ready for you in advance so you can come to pay and pickup. Masks are required and we offer hand sanitizer and surgical masks at the door for your convenience.
We are taking steps to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and store environment. We are taking precautions such as:
- Asking employees to stay home if they or anyone in their household feels unwell
- Providing additional cleaning and sanitizing supplies
- Cleaning all high-touch surfaces even more frequently
- Asking our customers to please pay with credit or debit and avoid the handling of cash

Shipping Update
Due to increased volume and safety measures, we are shipping as quickly as possible. Orders are currently shipping 2-3 business days upon receipt for in stock items. Transit times have also been extended as the couriers have had to make significant changes to their operation as well. There are no delivery time guarantees, we ask that you please be patient.
Please be aware that some of our suppliers are now experiencing supply challenges. There is a possibility that your item is currently unavailable without an estimated time of arrival. If there is an issue with your order we will email or call you to provide an update.
